Although their relationship was brief, Vivica A. Fox’s connection with rapper 50 Cent was undeniably public and at times turbulent.
During a visit to Sherri Shepherd’s talk show, Fox, 58, expressed openness to rekindling her romance with the rapper and Power executive producer.
The conversation was prompted by Shepherd’s mention of 50 Cent still referencing Fox, particularly in relation to her plans for a BMF film project unrelated to his show. As Shepherd brought up the topic, Fox took it as a compliment, interpreting it as his way of showing support.
When asked if she would consider dating her ex again, Fox surprised many with a “Never say never” response, citing examples like Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez reuniting.
However, she emphasized her criteria for a partner, highlighting the importance of independence and financial stability. Despite her openness, Fox made sure to acknowledge 50 Cent’s current girlfriend, Cuban Link, whom he has been with since 2019.
Reflecting on their past romance, Fox attributed its end to the pressures of being in the public eye, noting that they went public too quickly. Despite the challenges, Fox described 50 Cent as the “love of my life” in 2021, expressing that he will always hold a special place in her heart.
While 50 Cent appears content in his current relationship, the possibility of rekindling their love remains uncertain. Nevertheless, as Fox’s response suggests, the future holds endless possibilities.
