Bow Wow has something to say about Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest.
The rapper said, “I never thought I would see it like this,” when he was a guest on Rocsi Diaz’s show More to the Story. “He’s like the gatekeeper to the game. It got so bad at the BET Awards this year and the last two that it didn’t feel right—there was no movement and no parties.”
Bow Wow went on, “It’s like a hole,” but he didn’t say anything about Combs’ sexual “freak off” parties. He was really strict about who could get into the clubs and drink. He was all hip-hop. You just never thought that would die out. “Especially when you see someone as someone you looked up to and studied.”Diddy was arrested in New York City last month. Federal prosecutors in Manhattan say he ran a criminal business based on his “pervasive pattern of abuse toward women.”
The indictment that Billboard got includes claims of sexual abuse and says that the rapper and music producer were part of a criminal network that organized sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, and bribery. Combs could get anywhere from 15 years to life in prison if he is found guilty of the charges against him. Diddy claimed not guilty, and his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has said that his client is not guilty.
Combs seems to push his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura to the ground near an elevator bank, kick her several times while she’s down there, and drag her down a hallway in a video that CNN got earlier this year. The video is from March 5, 2016, that day. The video shows the same things Ventura said about the assault in her now-dismissed case against Diddy in November.
The troubled Bad Boy mogul has been turned down for bond several times and will stay in jail until his trial starts in May 2025.
