50 Cent Sues Jeweller Regarding Alleged Trademark Infringement

“Mr. Jackson takes the unauthorized use of his name and likeness for commercial purposes seriously,” a 50 Cent rep says.

50 Cent has been in a lot of legal fights, and he just started another one. TMZ Hip Hop has received new documents that show the mogul is suing Maksud Agadjani and his company, TraxNYC. His claim is that Agadjani has been selling gold under his name and picture. He says that he is infringing on his brand and his right to privacy.

Fif says that Agadjani’s TikToks may trick customers and make it look like he’s connected to the jeweler in some way. TraxNYC put up a picture of 50 Cent and Drake earlier this month, for example. “Hey 50 Cent, you should work as a jeweler.” The post said, “Go to traxnyc.com or call 212 traxnyc.”

The designer showed off a cross that looks like 50 Cent’s in August. “We just jocked your style, I know you watch my videos and now I’m watching your s**t and jocking your s**t just like you jocked my s**t,” he added. 50 Cent has told Agadjani before that he might do something wrong. It looks like that day has finally come. He had earlier said on Instagram, “This was a bad idea, you will regret doing this I promise.” Agadjani laughed and said, “You don’t need to worry about that. You have more important things to do.”
