Lil Baby Will Not Face Prosecution in π™΅πš’πš›πšŽπšŠπš›πš– Possession Case

Lil Baby will not be charged with a crime after being caught in Sin City and charged with carrying a gun without a permit… TMZ knows now.

A new set of court documents received by TMZ show that the rapper’s felony charge from his August arrest has been dropped.

Based on the papers, it looks like the Clark County District Attorney is not going to press charges.TMZ was the first to report it… Lil Baby was caught after police said they saw video of someone giving him a gun inside Encore Las Vegas. The police went to the lodge, did an investigation, and then arrested the rapper.

During his arrest, Lil Baby said he had a concealed carry permit from the state of Georgia. However, we were told that Nevada does not accept concealed carry permits from Georgia.It looks like everything is over now, and Lil Baby is looking like a rare Vegas winner.

Drew Findling and David Chesnoff, Lil Baby’s lawyers, told TMZ, “We’ll let the court record speak for itself.”
