Lil Wayne’s 4 Kids: All about his family and his sons and daughters

The renowned rapper and record label executive has embraced fatherhood with the arrival of four children: daughter Reginae, and sons Dwayne, Kameron, and Neal, with four different women – Antonia “Toya” Johnson, Sarah Vivan, Lauren London, and Nivea.

Throughout the years, Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., has actively engaged with his children, attending sporting events and walking red carpets with them. His affection and adoration for his children are evident through his social media posts, where he openly expresses his love for them.

Reginae Carter, 25

Lil Wayne and his then-girlfriend Johnson welcomed their daughter Reginae on Nov. 29, 1998, when the rapper was just 16 years old. Despite their young age, the pair decided to tie the knot in 2004. However, their marriage ended in divorce two years later.

Reginae pursued her education at Clark Atlanta University and has since ventured into various fields, including modeling, reality TV, and entrepreneurship. She has appeared in several films and television shows, such as Dear Santa, I Need a Date, Pride and Prejudice: Atlanta, Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta, and T.I. and Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle.

Dwayne Michael Carter III, 15

Lil Wayne welcomed his son Dwayne on Oct. 22, 2008, with radio host Vivan. The rapper named his first son after both himself and his own father, carrying on a family tradition. Interestingly, Dwayne also goes by the nickname “Lil Tune,” a moniker his father has used in the past.

Lil Wayne was actively involved in the delivery room when Dwayne was born, assisting Vivan and the medical staff. Expressing his joy, the rapper once described his son as “the best thing to ever happen to me, next to my daughter,” highlighting the profound impact Dwayne had on his life.

Kameron Carter, 14

Lil Wayne’s second son, Kameron, was born on Sept. 9, 2009, in Los Angeles. His mother, actress London, had an on-and-off relationship with Lil Wayne leading up to Kameron’s birth. London later became involved with the late rapper Nipsey Hussle.

In a heartfelt Instagram post for Kameron’s 10th birthday in September 2019, London expressed her love and admiration for her son, describing him as “full of soul” and a constant reminder of God’s unconditional love. She affectionately referred to him as “my brave boy.”

Neal Carter, 14

Lil Wayne’s youngest son, Neal, entered the world on Nov. 30, 2009, just a mere two months after the birth of his older brother Kameron. Neal’s mother, R&B singer Nivea, has openly discussed the unique circumstances surrounding her pregnancy, revealing that she discovered she was expecting around the same time as London.

In a 2019 interview with VLADTV, Nivea shared the revelation she had upon learning about her pregnancy. She recounted, “I found out the day I was confirmed pregnant with our son that he had another one that should be expected three months ahead of ours.” Despite the unexpected situation, Nivea emphasized that she formed a close bond with London during that period. She further expressed admiration for Lil Wayne, stating, “It’s still a testament to the type of man [Lil Wayne] is because all of his baby mothers, we’re all cool with each other.”
