Conley apparently declared his plan to jump the barrier and enter Kardashian’s California home when he was confronted by her security crew at the property’s fence.
In the court filings, Kardashian explained that Conley’s actions caused her significant distress. She highlighted that her home’s location is not publicly known, making Conley’s repeated visits even more alarming. Kardashian described feeling “worry, concern, and severe emotional distress” due to the incident.

Emma Roberts, who worked with Kardashian on American Horror Story, also reportedly had an unsettling encounter with Conley. According to the court filings, Roberts informed Kardashian that Conley had expressed a desire to contact both her and her children.

Roberts, along with her 3-year-old son, was granted a 5-year restraining order against Conley, prohibiting him from coming within 100 yards of her home, workplace, and her child’s school.
