Snoop Dogg has disclosed that before to the Hip Hop icon’s deаth in September 1996, 2Pac assisted the Doggfather in raising his first-born kid, Corde.
Speaking with PEOPLE for a fresh cover story, Snoop reminisced about their mid-1990s encounter.
Snoop stated, “I was working on [my 1996 album] Tha Doggfather.” “I started bringing Corde to the studio with me when he was old enough to be able to urinate and do other things like that.” .. I’m raising him among the homies as a result.
He went on, “Tupac adored him.” Like his nephew, really. Snoop recalls, “Tupac was a better dad than me.” “After three hours up here [in the recording studio], we still haven’t given him anything to eat.” It feels like I’m not being a father; I’m just rapping and crаp up here. I was being trained by him.
In July, Snoop honored 2Pac with the opening of his cannabis shop in his native Los Angeles.
With assistance from Snoop Dogg, the fully regulated dispensary called S.W.E.D. (Smoke WeeԀ Every Day), an abbreviation that alludes to Nate Dogg’s last words on Dr. Dre’s “The Next Episode,” opened its doors over the weekend.
Tha Doggfather is honoring his late buddy and partner 2Pac by including him on several of his Deаth Row Cannabis products as part of a limited edition release.
Customers who purchаse the line will receive a matchbook that has been reproduced from the picture and an exclusive, never-before-seen photo of the “Dear Mama” legend. The line features a premium blend of jarred cannabis flower and Alien OG.
