With some bad news, Willow Smith has found herself unexpectedly with more time on her hands.

The 23-year-old singer has been on the North American leg of Donald Glover’s The New World Tour for the whole summer, traveling as his stage nаme, Childish Gambino.

The performer and actor, however, was had to cancel the remaining performances in order to attend to his “physical health”.

He shared a remark about X and said, “Hey everyone. Regretfully, I must cancel the remainder of the North American trip in order to dedicate a few weeks to tending to my physical well-being.”

Even though his followers were devastated by the news, he did advise them to hang onto their tickets because the tour will resume at a later time.

“Hold onto your tickets,” he continued. In the event that the dates in North America are rescheduled, ALL tickets will remain valid.

“I appreciate the privacy. I appreciate your help. With gratitude for the kindness, he ended his post.

Donald made his declaration after canceling his performance scheduled for September 8 at Houston’s Toyota Center “due to illness.”

Technical issues also forced him to postpone his August 24 performance at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.

“The idea behind The New World Tour was to give fans a new experience,” he stated at the time. We employ numerous new technologies, and with them come the possibility of technical issues.

“I’m personally quite offended by this. I am aware that travel, lodging, and car expenses are not inexpensive. so we’ll devise a solution. once more, my sincere apologies,” he said.

Regarding the postponed tour, Willow has not yet responded, nor has it been made clear if she would be returning on the new dates.

Her mother, Jada Pinkett Smith, was among those who couldn’t contain their pride after witnessing her performances on the tour, which have garnered her immense accolades thus far.

The actress first posted a video of her daughter performing at a big concert venue earlier this month. She then uploaded other footage of Willow singing songs from her new album, Empathogen, and panned the camera around to show the audience using flashlights.

“Insanely sensuаl vibezzzz,” she captioned the photo.

Since 2010, when she was just nine years old, Willow has been putting out music. Her first release, “WҺip My Hair,” became an instant smаsh and went viral.

Willow is the first singer in her family to reach a billiоn Spotify plays with one of her tracks, even though her brother Jaden and father Will Smith have both released music.
