Kim Kardashian enjoyed a peaceful weekend at home with her younger kids while her eldest daughter, North West, had a star-studded night out in New York City.
BMF actress La La Anthony posted a touching picture of 11-year-old North West smiling with Anthony’s 17-year-old son Kiyan on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, August 17. The picture was taken outside the Hell’s Kitchen Broadway production, which stars Alicia Keys. When the happy children stood for pictures following an evening of theatrical wonder, the proud mothers couldn’t help but smile. “A beautiful night on Broadway with @kiyananthony and North,” Anthony wrote as her commentary for the photo. “Hell’s Kitchen is a masterpiece!!!” she also said. Keys, 43, and Kardashian, 43, who also shared the picture on her Stories, were both tagged in the post.
Kardashian and her three youngest children, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, chose to spend a quiet Saturday night at home while North indulged her theater-loving side in New York. The founder of SKIMS shared a photo of the family of four cuddling together in bed on Instagram. Kardashian was wearing a black sweatshirt and appeared at ease without makeup as she relished the cosy moment. With a charming smile, Chicago laid her head on her mother’s shoulder, while Saint—always the comedian—made a silly expression and Psalm covered a portion of his face with his hands. “Home” is all that Kardashian captioned the photo.
Kardashian and Anthony share a close friendship, which was highlighted once again in the photo of North and Kiyan. Just last week, Deadline announced that the two will star together in an upcoming Hulu series titled All’s Fair. Anthony has previously spoken about how great it is to work with her best friend, particularly when they collaborate on projects like Anthony’s nonprofit, ThreeSixty, which helps rehabilitate young men incarcerated at Rikers Island in New York City.
“She’s my best friend, so it’s great to have a better friend that you can bounce ideas off of or say, ‘What do you think about this?’” Anthony said in a March interview with PEOPLE. She also praised Kardashian’s legal expertise, as the reality star continues her studies to become a lawyer. “It’s great to say, ‘Hey, what does the law say in this situation?’ Or, ‘What would you do here?’”
Meanwhile, the Kardashian kids have been making the most of their summer before heading back to school. Earlier this month, Kardashian posted adorable photos of all four children enjoying a lakeside camping trip. “Summertime Funtime,” she captioned the post, which included group shots of the siblings, pictures of them dining at a restaurant, and stunning views from the trip.
As summer winds down, it seems the Kardashian-West kids have been keeping busy with both family fun and big-city adventures, all under the loving care of their famous mom.
