The rumor that Cardi B is whitening her skin to make her third child seem real doesn’t sit well with her.

An X user questioned whether the Trini-Dominican artist was bleaching when she posted a picture of herself and a friend holding her expanding tummy. She appeared paler than normal.

And in typical Cardi style, she quickly shut them down.

Bleaching when expecting a child? She asked while displaying many side-eye emoticons. “Why are all of you so stupid? Well, not at all! I’m pale, with sunken eyes and green veins from the baby sucking all the energy out of my body. I can’t even tan in the sun because I get hot and lightheaded easily. I’m pregnant and somewhat anemic.Please give up thinking like an asshole.

In other developments, Cardi B recently disclosed that, after her divorce from Atlanta resident Offset, she “hated” living there.

On Thursday, August 22, Bardi went live on Instagram Live and appeared to accidentally snap pictures of her soon-to-be ex-husband’s hometown.

Although many assumed she lived in Atlanta with the former Migos rapper, she clarified that she was in New York for label meetings and that she actually lived in New Jersey with her children.

She clarified, saying, “I’m not from Atlanta. In Atlanta, I own a home. I visit Atlanta no more than three or four times a year. And I go for maybe a week or less. In 2018, I made an attempt to relocate to Atlanta, where I spent around half a year. And I detested it. Atlanta is home to neither a single friend nor a single family member for me. I simply don’t like Atlanta, then.

At the start of this month, Cardi filed for divorce from Offset a second time after first declaring their separation.

The divorce application was “a long time coming,” according to a source close to the marriage, who told TMZ that the couple had just been drifting apart for some time.

The source went on to say that although Cardi and Offset tried to get back together earlier in the year, they were unable to resolve their differences.

Although the divorce is said to have been cordial, Cardi is reportedly pursuing primary custody of their two children, Kulture, age six, and Wave, age two, and has already hired a prestigious divorce attorney.

Later, Cardi responded angrily to rumors that her marriage was failing, focusing mostly on the former Migos rapper’s alleged lack of assistance with the kids and other family issues.
