Gonzalez, who said he was a member of the Sinaloa drug cartel, tried to sue Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment for allegedly hurting his image with drug business contacts in New York. He asked for $666,000 in damages, but Chief U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain quickly threw out the case.
