50 Cent, Cardi B, and Doja Cat are recognized as some of the best pop stars of the century

Billboard is getting ready to share their list of the 25 best pop stars of the last 25 years. 50 Cent, Cardi B, and Doja Cat are among the names on the list of “honorable mentions.”

Many names didn’t make the cut for different reasons, and for some, it’s just a matter of not having enough information. The names will be released over the next few months. The newspaper said, “[They] were good enough to get strong consideration for our top 25, but in the end they just didn’t have the stats, the impact, the longevity, or the volume to push their way into our main list.”

50, Cardi B, and Doja are some of the names that Billboard called “honorable mentions.” They posted a separate list of these names on August 14.”After losing a much-publicized first-week sales showdown with Ye (then Kanye West) in 2007, the bottom fell out for 50 Cent surprisingly quickly. He hasn’t had a Hot 100 top 10 hit as a lead artist or a Billboard 200 No. 1 album since, and new releases have been more scattered as he focused on his acting career and business investments,” On 50 said.

For Cardi: “It’s hard to make it onto the 25-year list when your big break came two-thirds of the way through those 25 years.” Cardi kept getting hits after “Invasion of Privacy,” but some of those hits, like “Money,” “Up,” and “Enough (Miami),” might have stayed on the charts longer if they were attached to a real full-length.”The recentness hurts, of course, as does the fact that, for all the great moments she’s had over the years, she still doesn’t have the pull to stop the world with a release—as shown by the fact that she hasn’t yet scored a Billboard 200 No. 1 album.”

A related story is that 50 Cent reportedly said he wants to get rich or die trying, but he’s not in a hurry to join the club of billionaires. The rap star and media mogul was asked about his relationship with money and whether he wants his net worth to reach the ten-figure mark in a new interview with Us Weekly.

The man said, “I don’t measure the amount of money that way. I measure the number of successes and wins I’ve had.” “I have done a lot more than anyone expected of me.” Many people have been surprised by how long I’ve been in the business, but that’s what motivates me even more.Besides, I’m not in a rush to become a billionaire. I no longer want anything I don’t have. Why the hurry? I’ve bought all the cars I wanted more than once.

Fif said, “When people publicly say you’re a billionaire, they come for what you have.” He was trying to make the point that being a billionaire isn’t all that great. The IRS could decide all of a sudden that they need 58% of your money. There are a lot of people after you, like ambulance chasers and lawyers. Because you have a lot of money, you’d have to protect yourself. It won’t be very different from where I am now to be a billionaire. After that, you need to figure out how to return the favor. You start to leave a mark and do more complex things. People remember more those who helped others than those who just got rich. They will ask, “How did he help other people?” “What good was his success if it didn’t change other people’s lives?”
