Durkio finally released his long-awaited single “Old Days” on Friday, February 23. It is one of several new songs on iHeart’s “Rap Rising” mix. The Grammy-winning rapper talks about the problems he had in his life and work, such as drug abuse and the deaths of loved ones, on a song produced by Smatt and Southside. The official music video shows old clips of Durk and the late King Von. The father of OTF raps into a mic at the top of a cliff with the ocean in the background.

“The autopsy of Von body had me coughin’ up my vomit,” Durk says. “I miss my history, the old days, and the old ways.”I really abused it because I was taking so many pills and was so high. When I stopped selling Percs, I started to use them myself. I changed my name from rehab to Doodie’s. It was so fast that I had to get a pacemaker.

Quavo, meanwhile, is back with his brand-new song “Himothy.” The Migos rapper wants everyone to know that he’s “him” on the hot track that Budda Beats made. Quavo calls himself the “Nawfside Shawn Carter (Quay-Z)” in his long verse and says that he is like JAY-Z. He also says that people should stop asking about the late TakeOff because it’s getting old.

“I’m tired of you talkin’ ’bout him, please, let my nephew rest,” Quavo says.
