21 Sаvаge’s highly anticipated album, “American Dream,” is set to grace streaming platforms on Friday, January 12, marking his third solo project and the first since 2018’s “i am > i was.” The previous album saw collaborations with prominent artists like Gunna, Young Nudy, J. Cole, Lil Baby, Post Malone, ScHoolboy Q, among others, and achieved the notable feat of reaching No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with 131,000 album-equivalent units in sales.

This week, 21 Sаvаge gave fans a sneak peek into the potential features on “American Dream.” Using Instagram’s collaborative post feature, he shared baby pictures of Summer Walker, Brent Faiyaz, and Young TҺug. Adding to the anticipation, the London-born rapper teased three more artists who could be part of the album: Lil Durk, Travis Scott, and Mariah The Scientist.

In addition to the album release, Sаvаge announced a biopic titled “American Dream: The 21 Sаvаge Story,” featuring Donald Glover and Caleb McLaughlin. The movie will include appearances by Gail Bean, Druski, Jabari Banks, Chad Lindberg, Victoria Pedretti, Young Mazino, and Natasha Lyonne, although a release date is yet to be confirmed.

The LP will serve as a soundtrack for the biopic, and 21 Sаvаge shared a trailer video on Monday, January 8, offering a glimpse of a song believed to be part of the upcoming project. In the snippet, he raps about his success and the challenges he faced on the path to prosperity.

A recent Rolling Stone cover story provided insights into the album, with 21 Sаvаge expressing a meticulous approach to his work. He emphasized his attention to detail, indicating that even as his manager, Justin “Meezy” Williams, he doesn’t like others listening to the album until it’s perfectly mixed, highlighting the importance he places on the final product.
