DJ Akademiks claims Drake has a Kendrick Lamar sneak Diss ready

It seems like Ak overheard something. In 2024, the hip-hop story will revolve around Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s feud. In terms of prominence or interest, nothing will ever surpass it. With the possible exception of Drake, everyone had a good time. However, it’s possible that the fight is far from over. For some time now, DJ Akademiks has dropped hints that the 6 God may have more recorded comments regarding his adversary. By his own standards, Drake has been noticeably absent. However, DJ Akademiks hinted at upcoming sneak disses of K. Dot during a new stream.

It is undeniable that Ak is loyal to Drake. The hip-hop star does seem to have connections within the OVO camp, though. For the most part, he has been correct in his predictions and in dispelling rumors. Obviously, he has his flaws, but he possesses sufficient credibility to be believed when it concerns new Drake material. He was pumped for what he called “sneak dissing time”—the next round of the Drake vs. Kendrick Lamar fight. “It’s really never over,” he duly noted. “I can’t wait to hear the first sneak diss.” Almost as soon as he started to share more information, Akademiks stopped himself. It was a “matter of fact,” he remarked before taking a brief break. “I won’t even tell y’all what I heard.”

However, due to his enthusiasm, DJ Akademiks gave the impression that he knew something that the general audience didn’t. “I can’t wait to hear the first sneak diss Drake got,” said the man. That’s disrespectful to Kendrick. It will be intriguing to see how he positions it. What does he do with its placement… Even though Drake and Kendrick Lamar traded diss tracks a few months ago, it seems like their beef is still going strong. “Not Like Us,” Lamar’s diss to Drake, returned to the top of the Billboard charts, and he is still enjoying the high life. Ab-Soul, who was Dot’s label mate before, also tweeted about Drake potentially picking up the fight again.

The OVO camp of Drake was targeted by ScHoolboy Q not long ago. The TDE artist took to Twitter to air his grievances, claiming that he was coerced into canceling his Toronto show by Canadian police. The 6 God was being overly sensitive, he implied, while praising the LA-based artists Young Money and OVO. Ever since, people have argued over what actually caused Q’s show to be canceled. Some say the Canadian government was behind it, while others say the rapper called it off. If the sneak diss that DJ Akademiks hinted at is indeed the result of all this tension, only time will tell.
