Lil Durk expresses his love for fiancée India Royale on an intimate night with the remark “Princess treatment only”
Rapper Lil Durk is showcasing his affection for his lady, entrepreneur India Royale. India recently shared a series of snapshots, capturing their cherished moments together, with the caption “Princess treatment only.”
In one of her uploads, India shared a video of a hallway adorned with rose petals, illuminated by electric tea light candles and adorned with balloons, leading to a theater. While it remаins uncertain whether the theater was reserved privately or if Lil Durk had it specially arranged, the room was left unoccupied, ensuring the couple could relish some quality time alone.
Lil Durk also posted photos from the same evening and emphasized the importance of consistently appreciating and pampering your partner, extending beyond the confines of Valentine’s Day.
The couple recently celebrated their engagement, following a five-year relationship. The heartfelt proposal took place during Chicago’s annual “Big Jam” concert when Lil Durk concluded his performance, dropped down on one knee, and asked India to become his wife. The endearing moment was captured on camera, allowing fans to witness the romantic gesture.
The couple shares a 3-year-old daughter named Willow Banks. Additionally, Lil Durk has five children from previous relationships, while India has a daughter of her own.
In a 2019 interview with Chicago’s DJ Diamond Kuts, Lil Durk disclosed that he had known he wаnted to marry India since then. He emphasized his desire for the timing of the wedding to be perfect and organic, rather than rushing into it. He said, “I just want it to be right—the right timing, perfect. I don’t want to just rush it to be like ‘we married.’ It’s real already, but I just want it to be like, organic.”
Both Lil Durk and India have maintained that their relationship is rooted in genuine love and that they aren’t striving to be anyone’s relationship goals. Nevertheless, their affectionate moments, as showcased in songs like “India” and Lil Durk’s reference to her in Drake’s “Laugh Now Cry Later,” have garnered admiration from fans, who find their young love truly enchanting.
