Snoop Dogg competed in a 200-meter race at the 2024 US Olympic Team Trials in Oregon, sporting a patriotic pair of Nike Pegasus 41 sneakers.

The US Olympic Team Trials are being held at Hayward Field on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon. The trials began on June 21 and will continue until June 30. During Sunday’s trials, rapper Snoop Dogg graced the track with his presence, participating in a 200m exhibition race.

According to Billboard, Snoop Dogg wore a patriotic pair of Nike Pegasus 41 sneakers, debuting the newest model in Nike’s Pegasus collection in red, white, and blue.

Snoop Dogg ran against four-time Olympic medallist Ato Bolden and retired American sprinter Wallace Spearmon, crossing the finish line in 34.44 seconds. “34.44 for a 52-year-old? Ain’t bad,” Snoop Dogg remarked to the official website of the Olympics.

The 2024 US Olympic Trials will determine which athletes will represent the US at the Olympic Games Paris 2024, scheduled from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
