Lil Durk to Embark on ‘Sorry for the Drought’ Tour

Lil Durk is hitting the road this summer to support his upcoming album, Almost Healed.

The Chicago rapper will kΞΉck off his 27-city “Sorry for the Drought” tour on July 28 at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater in Tampa, Florida. The tour will run through August and into September, concluding on September 7 at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheater in Phoenix, Arizona. Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, and DD Osama will join him as supporting acts on select dates.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale on May 18 at 10 a.m. local time, with a Live Nation presale scheduled for May 17.

This tour announcement follows the release of Lil Durk’s new single with J. Cole, “All My Life,” which dropped last week. The song is the only track Durk has shared from Almost Healed, set to be released on May 26. This album will be his eighth LP, following last year’s 7220.

In an interview with Rolling Stone during the release of 7220, Lil Durk discussed the deeply personal nature of the album and how he grapples with the grief of losing loved ones. He emphasized the ongoing strugglΠ΅ with personal demons, even amid success and growth.

Recently, Lil Durk collaborated with Swizz Beatz and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie on “SΠ°y Less,” featured on Swizz’s Hip Hop 50: Vol. 2 EP. He also appeared on Babyface Ray’s track, “Wonderful Wayne & Jackie Boy.”
