Lil Wayne and Antonia “Toya” Wright pulled out all the stops to celebrate their daughter Reginae Carter’s 13th birthday in grand style.

The glamorous affair took place at Atlanta’s Callanwolde Mansion and attracted the city’s elite, who came together for an enchanting evening of whimsical fantasy in honor of the young hip-hop princess.

Reginae was surrounded by her loving family, including her grandmother Cita Carter, her younger brother Dwayne Carter III, and his mother Sarah Vivan.
