Snoop Dogg announced the heartbreaking family tragedy of the passing of his half-brother Bing Worthington

Snoop Dogg is mourning the loss of his younger brother, Bing Worthington, who passed away at the age of 44. The renowned rapper, born Calvin Broadus Jr., shared the heartbreaking news on Instagram, posting several photos of his late brother.

In one caption, Snoop used emojis like clasped hands, a dove, and a crying face to express his emotions. Another post featured a picture of Snoop’s late mother and brother with the caption “Bac wit momma [sic].”

The cause of Bing Worthington’s death remains undisclosed, and Sergeant Frank Gonzalez of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department mentioned that a toxicology report will be part of the autopsy.

According to reports from Page Six, Snoop Dogg and his brother shared a close relationship, with Snoop providing career opportunities for Bing, including serving as his tour manager.

In a 2016 interview with Vice magazine, Worthington spoke about his journey, emphasizing that he didn’t receive a top-ranked position just because he was Snoop’s brother. He highlighted the importance of working his way up and gaining experience, comparing it to becoming a president without prior knowledge.

This unfortunate news follows another recent family tragedy for Snoop Dogg, as his 24-year-old daughter, Cori Broadus, disclosed a “severe stroke” that she experienced just a month before. Cori, Snoop’s only daughter, shared the emotional revelation on an Instagram story, expressing her vulnerability and breaking down in tears upon receiving the news.
