Snoop Dogg, the famous American rapper, has recently hinted at inviting David Beckham to collaborate on music production. If the former football captain truly ventures into showbiz, he will receive significant support from power couple Beyoncé and Jay Z.
In an interview with The Sun, rapper Snoop Dogg unveiled his plan to partner with David Beckham and pool resources for joint business ventures.
The two have been comrades in various projects, such as fighting against gangsters in the UK and the US, establishing soccer and American football schools in Los Angeles, participating in films, and delving into fashion design. Now, Snoop Dogg aims to transform Beckham into a world-renowned music producer.
“David has an innate talent for music. All of my important recordings have to go through him. I’m not saying this because he’s a close friend; I say it because I respect his opinions on music, especially hip-hop,” shared Snoop Dogg.
Beckham himself is a fervent rap music enthusiast. Four years ago, Snoop Dogg admitted that he always sought the Beckham family’s opinions on his audio recordings before releasing them to the public.
Fans might have assumed that the American artist merely asked Beckham for amusement, with Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girls member, holding the valuable opinions. However, the reality turned out to be quite the opposite.
To defend his viewpoint, Snoop Dogg emphasized, “Not many people know this, but David is a skilled DJ. He has the musical sensibility to do this.” According to the American rapper, pop sensation Justin Bieber is enticing Beckham to join a new music project. The Sun even listed a roster of music stars eager to collaborate with Beckham, including Kanye West, 50 Cent, Eminem, Nicki Minaj, Jay Z, Sir Mix-a-Lot, and the NWA music group.
