In a surprising turn of events, NBA YoungBoy has come forward, admitting that his ongoing feud with Lil Durk is merely for “entertainment” purposes. This revelation follows a peace plea from Gillie Da Kid, who expressed his desire for the two rappers to reconcile during his Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast.

Gillie, speaking on his podcast, proposed having YoungBoy and Durk headline next year’s Gillie Fest in Philadelphia to demonstrate that their beef isn’t as serious as it seems. He emphasized the idea that the drаmа and animosity are merely for show and not a true reflection of their relationship.

Responding to Gillie’s plea, YoungBoy shared a video captioned, “It ain’t what you think OG all this sҺit entertainment.” In the video, YoungBoy expressed his willingness to Һit the stage for Gillie but highlighted that he is currently under house arrest. He humorously asked, “Every chain on or just one chain?”

The Baton Rouge rap star further disclosed that he and Lil Durk, who have had an on-and-off feud since 2021, regularly communicate about music every “two or three nights.”

However, it seems the issues between YoungBoy and Durk are far from resolved. Durk responded to YoungBoy’s video, accusing him of providing a false home address multiple times. Durk took to his Instagram Stories, stating, “You lied bout sending the address 7x when I asked I’m finna grab my coat 1 more time send the address.”

In a subsequent video, YoungBoy clarified that his legal issues were preventing Durk from visiting his home. He explained, “Bro, my [probation officer] gotta approve you, it don’t work like that. You gon’ send my аss to jail.” The caption of the video read, “I love tf out you help me bih @lildurk.”

The tension between the two artists initially escalated in late 2021 following the murԀer of Lil Durk’s close friend and labelmate, King Von, during an altercation with Quando Rondo, an affiliate of NBA YoungBoy. The feud continued earlier this year when their albums were slated for release on the same day, resulting in a series of public exchanges on social media. Despite the recent developments, it remаins to be seen whether their beef will truly come to an end.
