Bayern Munich’s rising talent, 20-year-old German Frans Krätzig, is eager to contribute more on the field and has showcased his versatility as both a defender and midfielder this season. In an interview captured by @iMiaSanMia, Krätzig humorously labels himself as an “all-rounder” but expresses a preference for the left-back position, while also feeling comfortable playing higher up the pitch and centrally.

However, with established left-back options like Alphonso Davies and Raphaël Guerreiro in Thomas Tuchel’s squad, Krätzig’s opportunities for substantial playing time may depend on the fitness of his teammates. Despite this, Krätzig remains open-minded about his immediate future, emphasizing his willingness to adapt and do whatever is best for both himself and Bayern Munich.

 

In an optimistic statement, Krätzig shares that if Bayern Munich requires his services in the second half of the season, he would be ready to step up promptly, emphasizing his commitment with a lighthearted remark: “If FC Bayern says they need me, then I will be at the door at 7 a.m. and say: ‘Here I am.’ If both sides want it, then we can also think about a loan.”
