Young Thug Thinks Lil Wayne Is Too Spoiled to Like Him

Young Thug believes that Lil Wayne dislikes him and that this is because he is very entitled.
The Atlanta rapper brought up his relationship—or lack thereof—with Weezy when he appeared by Los Angeles radio station Real 92.3 on Wednesday, August 21 to talk about his new album So Much Fun. Speaking on Big Boy’s Neighborhood, Thugger discussed his ideas about their lack of communication.
“I’m not sure. He laughed, “I don’t think the nigga like me.” “He’s not fond of me. But I’m not sure why.”
He continued by outlining his theory for the reason.

Thugger, who is getting ready to tour with Machine Gun Kelly this autumn, said, “I think it’s because he just been with Birdman his whole life and he’s just so spoiled to the point where it’s like, he’s really spoiled.” Since he was nine years old, he has been a superstar and a wealthy. Thus, all he knows is his own way. The first thing that doesn’t go his way most likely has nothing to do with me. I have a good feeling that he took a step back and reviewed our interviews as well as any other interviews I have ever done. At this point, he probably realized, “Well, maybe I did too much.” Perhaps he thought to himself, “I’ve done so much to this young nigga that I can’t even hug him.” And that’s even more absurd. You are expected to observe something and then respond to it verbally.

The scandalous history between Lil Wayne and Young Thug reached its zenith in 2015 when the latter’s former manager, PeeWee Roscoe, was found guilty of firing at Wayne’s tour van. They clashed once more when Wayne released his Tha Carter V album before Thug could name his project Carter 6. Thug had to modify the name when Wayne threatened to sue him. Instead, he gave the project the moniker Barter 6.
