Lil Wayne skipped all his shows to organize a grand Thanksgiving celebration at home with his children

Another Thanksgiving has come and gone, and the Carter family, led by the renowned Lil Wayne, made it a memorable one.

Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., also known as Lil Wayne, spent quality time with his four children on this special day. His eldest and only daughter, Reginae, shared a heartwarming image on Instagram, capturing a moment of togetherness as they sat on a sofa, posing for a family picture.

Reginae expressed her Thanksgiving wishes in the caption, saying, “Happy Thanksgiving From My Family️ To Yours.”

Lil Wayne is a proud father of four children: Reginae, 24; Dwayne, 15; Kameron, 14; and Neal, 13. These four youngsters are from Lil Wayne’s relationships with four different women—his ex-wife Toya Johnson-Rushing, radio host Sarah Vivian, actress Lauren London, and singer Nivea.

The multi-award-winning artist has been vocal about the joy he finds in fatherhood. In 2012, he shared on social media, “I gotta say, I’ve done some pretty amazing things in my time but the BEST thing I’ve ever did is becoming & BEING a father.”

During an interview with MTV News in the same year, Lil Wayne emphasized the unparalleled happiness he derives from being a father. He stated, “There’s nothing better than that, period — being a father. I’ve done so many things…I don’t get no joy like the joy I get being a father. Simple things like helping my daughter with her homework. Simple things like putting my sons to sleep.”

This sentiment is reciprocated by Reginae, the most visible adult child in the family, often expressing her love for her father and his music on social media. In 2019, she penned a heartfelt birthday message for her dad, highlighting his talents, intelligence, and wisdom.

“I love you so much, father!” Reginae expressed. “Not only are you talented but you’re so intelligent and wise. I love getting advice from you. Keep being great dad! If you ever need any reassurance that you are the goat [greatest of all time] (not just with this music stuff) with everything! Pick up your phone and call your daughter & that’s on Period! I love you, daddy!”

Celebrating the warmth and love within the Carter family, we wish them a joyous holiday season!
