Lil Durk’s vocals have been reinstated on the latest track “Vultures” by Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign, much to the delight of his fans.

The song, which made its debut on Chicago radio last week featuring verses from Durk and Bump J, was officially released on streaming platforms on Wednesday (November 22) but without the contributions of the OTF rapper.

Durk responded to the omission on his Instagram Stories shortly afterward, stating, “Be lucky I’m humble; look at it as your blessing.”

Naturally, fans expressed their disappointment, but within one day, Lil Durk is back on the official version available on Apple Music. However, it appears that Spotify has not been updated yet.

“Thank god he literally got the best verse on the joint,” commented one fan after the update. Another person remarked, “He knew he F’d up by taking that verse off.” Someone else wrote, “Song is saved.”

When “Vultures” premiered on WPWX Power 92 Chicago on Friday night (November 17), the song immediately sparked controversy due to its lyrical content.

In the track, Kanye West addresses accusations of antisemitism by rapping: “How I’m antisemitic? I just fucked a Jewish bitch.”

The Yeezy mogul has faced criticism for making antisemitic remarks in various public appearances, including praising Adolf Hitler during an interview with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

In the interview, West stated: “Well, I see good things about Hitler, also. I love everyone, and Jewish people are not gonna tell me… ‘You can love us, and you can love what you’re doing to you with the contracts, and you can love what we’re pushing with the pornography.’

“But this guy that invented highways, invented the very microphone that I use as a musician—You can’t say out loud that this person ever did anything good, and I’m done with that. I’m done with the classifications; every human being has something of value that they brought to the table. Especially Hitler!”

On “Vultures,” Kanye also took a shot at his former manager Scooter Braun, who is the grandson of Holocaust survivors, with the line: “I just fucked Scooter’s bitch and we ran up like Olympics/ Got pregnant in the threesome so whose baby is it?”
