Future is living in a wonderful period like Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn. The rights to more than 600 tracks in his publishing library were sold by the 38-year-old Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist and songwriter from Atlanta to investment company Influence Media Partners in September for a sum estimated to be in the “high eight figures.” He’ll work on the “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” soundtrack with Rihanna.
Real estate in the future is also good. According to The Real Deal, he paid $16.3 million for an almost-new home on Miami Beach’s elite guard-gated Allison Island with a beachfront view from French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale. The property was purchased by the Ouazanas for $12.5 million in 2020, along with an adjacent parcel that was sold to developers.
The 2020 residence of Future is on a secured quarter-acre plot. Palm palms surround the 8,000 square foot property, which has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, high ceilings, glass walls, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces. The opulent amenities include an elevator, rooftop patio, detached guesthouse, staff quarters, and a three-car garage.
Other highlights include a sizable great room with living and dining areas, a modern kitchen with top-notch stainless equipment, a long eat-in island, and bespoke Ornare cabinetry.
The upper master bedroom features a balcony, two walk-in closets, a lounging area with a wet bar and wine refrigerator, and an opulent bathroom with double vanities, a spacious glass-enclosed shower, and a freestanding soaking tub.
An infinity-edge pool, a raised spa, an open-air cabana with a kitchen, and a lot of outdoor seating and party areas are all included on the resort-like grounds. A luxury boat with a dock and 75 feet of water frontage can fit in the available area.
