Lil Wayne Said Lakers Must Get Rid Of Anthony Davis To Win Championship Team

Lil Wayne believes that for the Los Angeles Lakers to win another Larry O’Brien Trophy, Anthony Davis will eventually need to be traded.

Weezy boldly declared on UNDISPUTED on Friday, November 10, that he would deal the star big man for assets that would help the Lakers advance.

“Anthony Davis, let me be honest with you. If the Lakers want to win a championship in the future, too, I think they need to get rid of him.”

Wayne calmly said, “Because he AD,” when presenter Skip Bayless asked for an explanation. To put it simply,

Wayne doesn’t think this will work out for the Lakers in the long run, but he didn’t want to blame him for being “soft” or for his history of injuries.

“Because that is his makeup and his identity.” He has demonstrated it to us, and I believe the one instance in which he hasn’t done so is in New Orleans during the bubble championship,” he went on. “Get some good players and get rid of him.” No celebrity is even necessary for us.

On Sunday, November 12, the Lakers won (116–110) without LeBron James in the starting lineup thanks to AD’s 30 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists in 41 minutes of play.

The Lakers leveled their record at 5-5 and will try to start a winning streak on Tuesday, November 14, when they play the lowly Memphis Grizzlies.

Davis, 30, leads the defense and averages around 24 points and 12 rebounds each game, which seems consistent with his performance as a Laker.

Throughout his tenure in Los Angeles, AD hasn’t been able to avoid criticism; most recently, Cam’ron made fun of the superstar for his past injuries.

“How about we get it together in the offseason?” stated Cam in March. You hurt all the time. You have not yet played 82 games. I believe that in 15 seasons, 12 seasons, however many fuckιng seasons you have been here, you never played 82 games.

“Keep in mind that LeBron is investing $2.5m to maintain his physical fitness over the summer. You have no choice but to develop a unibrow in the interim.
