Rick Ross spent money to buy a huge mansion like a garage to display more than a hundred of his supercars
Rick Ross’ impressive real estate endeavors persist as he recently expands his portfolio yet again, securing a lavish $37 мιllιon mansion in Miami. Nestled on the sought-after Star Island, a guard-gated enclave off Biscayne Bay favored by numerous A-list residents, the rapper’s latest acquisition is a testament to his opulent lifestyle.
Spanning a sprawling 40,000-square-foot lot, the property boasts an enviable 100 feet of waterfront, as revealed by his real estate agent, Kimberly Knausz of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Collaborating with Ross’s sister, Tawanda Roberts, a real estate agent with Florida Realty of Miami, they orchestrated this remarkable deal.
The mansion itself encompasses a generous 12,374 square feet, featuring six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and an exquisite primary suite that faces the bay. This luxurious suite is enhanced by dual walk-in closets and bathrooms, ensuring ultimate comfort.
Beyond its elegant interiors, the mansion’s outdoor amenities are equally captivating. The property boasts a heated pool, a summer kitchen for al fresco dining, a 40-foot dock, and the luxury of direct access to both the bay and the ocean.
According to Kimberly Knausz, the mansion’s grand entrance and distinctive architecture captivated Ross from the moment he laid eyes on it. The elongated driveway leading up to the mansion exudes an air of true opulence. Knausz explains, “The architecture also played a part, as it’s far beyond the ordinary modern home, and he plans to enhance it to reflect his personal style.”
Ross himself described this significant acquisition as a “major piece to the puzzle” in his ongoing pursuit of building an impressive real estate portfolio.
