Drake quickly sold his lavish mansion after enduring noise from his neighbors!
If you have millions to spare, you might buy one of Drake’s houses that is now on the market.
After purchasing the neighbor’s home to quell noise concerns, Drake put his $15M “Yolo Estate” up for sale.
This LA-based crib is one of the nicest we’ve seen, and Canadian musician Drake is selling one of his mega-mansions.
This $12,500 square foot, $15M estate in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles, has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a tennis court, volleyball court, theater, stables, and an 80-foot waterslide that is connected to a cave and swimming pool.
Drake first acquired this three-acre property many years ago, and ever since, his neighbors have often complained about noise.
Drake decided to purchase the home next door rather than provide an apology in order to stop receiving complaints.
The mansion itself, commonly known as the “Yolo Estate,” is constructed to resemble an English Tudor style home and has lots of stone and wooden beams.
Its garden, which is genuinely outstanding, has to be its most notable feature since it draws attention when residents go outdoors. The swimming pool, which has a “underwater cave” and a waterfall that leads to a waterslide, is the greatest feature. The kinds of gatherings that took place here are only imaginable.
Drake’s estate also has a 25-seat indoor theater, a rustically decorated subterranean wine cellar, and a recording studio where Drake would have spent a lot of time if a day by the pool wasn’t your thing.
According to rumors, Drake is relocating and plans to sell this home to make room for a new estate he’s eyeing up, which is said to be Robbie Williams of Take That’s home.
