Reginae Carter, the daughter of the legendary rapper Lil Wayne, has passionately come to her father’s defense in light of online comparisons between him and younger artists.

She lightheartedly exclaimed, “Keep my father’s name out your mouth” followed by laughing emojis, and continued, “For real, folks, let’s stop comparing my dad to the new kids on the block. Everyone is immensely talented and impressive in their own right. Let them have their moment, and time will ultimately decide their place. But let’s respect the marathon Wayne ran.”
