Rick Ross bought a Florida mansion for his mother on Mother’s Day and paid $3,500,000 in cash

Rapper Rick Ross supposedly bought a Florida property from former NBA All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 million in an all-cash transaction because of his daily “hustlin'” routine.

Ross’s new home is a gated 2.3 acre estate in the Miami suburb of Southwest Ranches.

According to the previous listing, the main house is 7,361 square feet and features four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The home has a porte-cochere, a concealed theater with tiered seating, a bar with a pool table, a yoga room, two offices, and a garage with space for nine cars.

The spacious kitchen is fit for a chef, featuring an enormous island, four ovens, a six-burner gas stove, elaborate cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry.

The master bedroom suite has a luxurious bathroom with a garden tub and a large walk-in closet with not one but two chandeliers and plenty of built-in shelving and drawers.

The backyard of the mansion has a swimming pool with a waterfall. A big portion of the patio is covered, and this shelter has a summer kitchen complete with a grill.

According to public documents, Stoudemire purchased the property in 2011 for $3.7 million.

The home, in the gated community of Landmark Ranch Estates, was sold in four days. Landmark Ranch Estates has never seen a closure go that quickly.

The second cottage has a kitchen/living room/dining room layout measuring 1,314 square feet.
